l'étoile has been sourcing local farms since our doors
opened in the Spring of 1986. Our menus are the result
of the utilization of "in-season" native ingredients
as farm-fresh produce & herbs grown at Morning Glory
Farm just up the road. We get most of our fresh seafood
and shellfish from the surrounding waters through the local
Net Result and Menemsha Fish Markets.
We serve Katama Bay oysters that are harvested
from waters less than a mile away. We source in-season
Day Boat Fluke and Striped Bass from Vineyard Sound off of
Menemsha as well as Black Sea Bass from off of Chappaquiddick Island from these local fishermen.
