 l'étoile has been sourcing local farms since the doors opened in 1986. Our menus are the result of the utilization of "in-season" native ingredients
such as farm-fresh produce & herbs from Morning Glory Farm, lamb from Allen Farm in Chilmark and berries from Thimble Farm. We get most of our fresh seafood & shellfish from the surrounding waters through the Net Result. We serve Katama Bay "Signature" oysters
We have an agressive recycling philosopy and the result is that 65% of our waste is recycled and we support friends chickens and a pig with our food scraps and leftovers.
